DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN RABAT.

On Day 1, our guide will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to a charming riad located in the medina of Rabat. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to go sightseeing. You will be accommodated in a charming riad with breakfast.

JOUR 2 : RABAT – CASABLANCA – MARRAKECH.

On Day 2, you will begin an unforgettable journey through Morocco’s vibrant cities. After savoring a delicious breakfast at your hotel/riad in Rabat, you’ll be treated to a captivating tour of the city. Explore the opulent Royal Palace, pay your respects at the Mohamed V Mausoleum, and stand in awe of the majestic Hassan Tower. But the adventure doesn’t stop there. Next, you’ll set your sights on Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city, a thriving hub of commerce and industry. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, an architectural wonder rising from the Atlantic Ocean’s edge. The journey continues as you head to Marrakech, traveling on a scenic highway that promises even more enchanting experiences. Get ready to be spellbound by the magic of Morocco.

JOUR 3 : VISITE GUIDÉE DE MARRAKECH – APRÈS-MIDI LIBRE.

Le Jour 3, vous participerez à une visite guidée de Marrakech, également appelée la Ville Rouge. Vous ferez le tour de Marrakech avec votre guide local privé qui vous rencontrera le matin dans votre riad pour convenir des possibilités de visite de la journée. Vous vous plongerez dans les souks authentiques, les marchés qui ont fourni à Marrakech tous leurs besoins depuis plus d’un millier d’années. Couleurs vibrantes, parfums riches, musique, chats, marchands de djellaba, poteries, théières, cuir, métiers à tisser, babouches, quelle que soit votre image de l’exotisme, vous la trouverez à Marrakech.

JOUR 4 : MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – SKOURA – DADES GORGES.

Sur Day 4 of the 9 jours Villes impériales & Excursion de luxe dans le désert au départ de Rabat, after breakfast, we will start our journey towards the High Atlas Mountains. We will cross the Tizi N’Tichka pass, the highest mountain pass in North Africa at 2260m, and make stops along the way to take in the panoramic views and capture some spectacular photos. On the way, we will visit a local argan oil cooperative, where we will learn about the production process and the countless benefits it has for the human body (optional).

We will continue south to the village and Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This spectacular natural setting has been the backdrop for famous films such as Gladiator and Jewel of the Nile. We will have lunch on the way and continue to the city of Ouarzazate, considered the gateway to the great Sahara desert. We will visit the film studios of Ouarzazate, which are very popular with filmmakers. A number of films have been shot here, including Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, The Mummy, The Gladiator, Sahara, Alexander the Great, and Heaven Protecting, among many others. One of the most famous series of all time, Game of Thrones, has also passed through here.

Notre prochaine étape sera le village de Skoura, situé au cœur d'une Vallée de Palmiers, où vous pourrez profiter d'une petite promenade à travers l'immense et labyrinthique oasis, dont la végétation luxuriante enveloppe de magnifiques kasbahs secrètes. Vous pouvez également visiter la Kasbah d'Amerdil. À partir de là, nous continuerons à travers la Vallée des Roses et les Gorges du Dades, où nous passerons la nuit.

DAY 5 : DADES GORGES – TODRA GORGES – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA.

Sur Jour 5 of the 9 days Imperial Cities & Desert luxury tour from Rabat, after breakfast, we will continue around Boumalne Dades, where there is a road marked by kasbahs (fortresses or castles) and ksour, where the landscape is ochre, red and mauve. All around us we will find stony plateaus where dromedaries graze. After a journey full of ksour, oases and palm trees we will arrive in Tinghir (home to the spectacular Todra Gorges) perched at an altitude of 1,350 m and surrounded by a palm grove. Free time to walk in the gorges. Next, we will continue our trip to Erfoud, a city of fossils, where we can see the quarries where they are mined and learn how they are then processed to give them different shapes and uses. Finally, we will arrive in Merzouga, facing the high dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will ride camels that will take us into the desert to enjoy the beautiful sunset with its spectacular colors on the sand. This night will be special as we sleep in a Berber camp. Here we will enjoy a wonderful dinner, music, and a beautiful starry sky.

DAY 6: MERZOUGA – ZIZ VALLEY – MIDELT – IFRANE – FES.

Sur Day 6, we will start our journey in the morning by returning with our camels to take the vehicle. We will leave for Rissani, Morocco’s first imperial city, then pass again through Erfoud and through the Ziz Valley with its panoramic views of palm groves and gorges. We will return to the Atlas to cross it again, but this time through the port of Tizi-n-Talghomt. We will arrive at Midelt where we will have lunch. After this break, we will continue to the Azrou forest where we will find the famous native monkeys living in the wild. We will continue our journey to Ifrane or Moroccan Switzerland. We will visit the same and then continue our way to the city of Fes, where we will arrive in the afternoon.

JOUR 7 : FÈS. VISITE GUIDÉE DE FÈS.

Sur Jour 7, après le petit-déjeuner, nous ferons un tour de l'ancienne ville de Fès et de sa médina, l'une des célèbres villes impériales du Maroc. La visite nous conduira à travers le quartier juif, en entrant par la Bab Boujloud, la porte la plus célèbre qui nous mène au Dar Batha. Nous visiterons Bou Inania, les madrasas ou l'école coranique de Fès. La visite continue par la tannerie Chouara pour découvrir le fascinant processus de fabrication du cuir. Ensuite nous passerons par la mosquée Karaouiyine, fondée au IXe siècle.

JOUR 8 : FÈS – MEKNÈS – VOLUBILIS – CHEFCHAOUEN.

Sur Jour 8, in the morning, we will depart to Chefchaouen. On the way, we will pass through Meknes and head to visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis, an ancient Roman city. In the afternoon, we will arrive at the city known as the Blue Pearl Chefchaouen in northern Morocco.

You will be accommodated in a riad in the medina of Chefchaouen with breakfast.

DAY 9.- CHEFCHAOUEN – RABAT.

Sur Day 9, in the morning, we will depart for Rabat. Your 9 days Imperial Cities & Desert luxury tour from Rabat will end today. Transfer to your hotel in Rabat or the airport (4/5 hours from Rabat) and end of our services.
